Products and prices
Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to the addresses we serve (see our Shipping policy). Product specifications are the manufacturer’s. If we make an error in a price or description, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. Each order is fulfilled with a brand-new product, in the maker’s box, shipped from a warehouse in the United States to your address.
Returns and warranty
See our Returns & warranty policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
App subscriptions
Some features of the feeder’s app, such as AI bird-species identification after a free 30-day trial, are optional subscriptions sold by the manufacturer in its app. We do not sell them or charge for them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
