Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
How your order ships
Every feeder is a genuine VEVOR (model FB-A01), brand new, in the maker’s box. It ships from a warehouse in the United States directly to the address you entered at checkout. The shipping label or outer box may carry the warehouse’s or the maker’s name. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
How long it takes
- Processing: we place your order within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping: the warehouse ships it within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: usually 2–7 business days after it ships.
- Tracking: we email you the tracking link as soon as it is available.
Shipping is included in the price. There are no extra shipping charges at checkout.
Christmas orders
For delivery before December 25, 2026, please order by December 8, 2026.
If there is a delay
If we cannot ship within the time stated above, we will email you before that time with a new shipping date and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. If the item goes out of stock, we will not substitute a different product without your consent.
