I was going to buy a smaller curling iron - I have a regular 1" barrel but wanted something like .5" for smaller curls. I couldn't quite decide and then found this set. I thought I could get just about any style using these tools. I had recently cut my hair into a shag and was having trouble styling it, and this is so well thought out and functional.

The barrels easily snap in and lock. The power and temp are easy to set and they lock as well - I always had a problem with buttons in the wrong place or settings changing while using my last iron. Great value for the money and seems to be very high quality. My only negative is the glove is quite large for my small hands, but still usable.

So far so good. I wanted to buy every wand set out there but made a decision and went with VELUXE. I've styled my hair a couple of times for fun and it seems to be a great hair tool! It does beep when the temp is set, and if you accidentally press a button while locked it just beeps - no worries.

It comes with a glove (wear it, it gets hot), a couple of hair clips, and a square of velcro. Pretty and fun overall - can't wait to try the other wands. I got the pink 5-in-1, and it's worth the money.

My 1.25" ceramic wand broke recently so I was shopping around for a replacement when I saw this affordable 5-in-1 VELUXE set. Boy am I glad I got this! The titanium wand heats up super fast and curled my hair so quickly - I like it better than the ceramic wands I've owned. I was able to do my whole head of hair (I have a lot) in about 10 minutes vs. the usual 15.

The waves came out super silky and frizz-free too. I love this wand! I was able to give away my other curling tools in the smaller barrel sizes, a total space saver. It also has a cool feature where you choose your exact temp setting instead of just one or two options. Such good value for money - haven't tried the root lifter yet but I'm excited for that feature. Best purchase I've made in a while, in love!

This is definitely a good product - looks nice, lightweight, and easy to switch parts and use. Unfortunately I have to give this three stars because I was disappointed to find there's only one on/off switch, with no temperature dial for fine adjustment.

I do hair professionally and work with different textures and thickness levels, and I also use synthetic hair which sometimes needs heat. Without temperature control, this feels too risky for that specific use case - I may end up over-heating synthetic hair or someone's natural hair. If you need precise temperature control for professional or varied use, keep that in mind; for everyday personal styling it's a solid product.

Update: I forgot to update this review - my replacement works amazing! No problems at all, and I love all the attachments.

Original review: I was disappointed with my first unit - it arrived with the box unsealed, and after plugging it in it beeped and then flickered on and off. I followed all the directions, holding the button down and setting the temperature, but the bottom mechanism seemed to short out. VELUXE's support team sent a replacement right away, and it's been perfect ever since.

I love the convenience of one tool with multiple heads. I had a different set before and it was difficult to lock and unlock the attachments - this one is so easy! Keep in mind you can't have multiple barrels hot at the same time, so if you switch back and forth between tools constantly while styling, a multi-tool set might not be ideal for that workflow, but for most people it's fantastic.

I have an inverted bob that I usually wear wavy/curled. I'd bought so many curling tools that it became impossible to keep them neatly contained. When I saw this VELUXE set, I was excited to get rid of all my separate wands and have one convenient set instead, with a case! It does not disappoint.

This wand is absolutely amazing! My husband got it for me for my birthday and I tried it for the first time this morning - I used the largest barrel, then combed through with a wide-tooth comb for loose curls. I'd been using a hair straightener and just wrapping my hair around it, which left my ends dry and fried-looking.
